Warranty & Return Policy

  1. Satami International Limited’s Terms and Conditions on lingerie apply to the brassiere in the CAREBra Product, please refer to purchase invoice for details.
  2. HK Bio-rhythm R&D Company Limited (“HK Bio-rhythm”) provides 1-year carry-in warranty for CAREBra device. Should customers have any enquiries, please consult HK Bio-rhythm Customer Services. For details, please refer to user manual and CAREBra website.
  3. CAREBra device are guaranteed against manufacturer’s defects for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. HK Biorhythm’s sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or CAREBra device with a comparable part or CAREBra device at HK Biorhythm’s sole discretion. Except for such repair or replacement, the sale, processing or other handling of CAREBra device is without warranty, condition or other liability even though the defect or loss is caused by negligence or other fault.
  4. CAREBra device can only be returned if the system in the customer’s mobile is not compatible with the Biorhythm Diagnosis Platform – Breast Version APP which HK Biorhythm provides.
  5. Request for goods return will not be accepted after 7 days of purchase.
  6. Damage resulting from use, accident, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty.
  7. HK Biorhythm will NOT accept return for CAREBra device with water damage and/or other human factors.
  8. HK Biorhythm assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of CAREBra device.
  9. In no event shall HK Biorhythm be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of CAREBra device or any of its parts.
  10. Customers are required to contact our Customer Service Hotline at (852) 3690-9863 within seven days after purchase for product return arrangement. The devices for refund must be complete and with original packaging.
  11. Returns or replacements of parts and/or CAREBra device may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement, and/or restocking fees.
  12. CAREBra device can only be exchanged for one time.
  13. The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
  14. Should there be any dispute, the Company's decision shall be final.

Before requesting a return, please consult the CAREBra Q&A and attempt to identify the issue. Many problems can be resolved in a few simple steps, without initiating the return process.
